Meal inclusion depends on the specific tour package. Most of our packages include breakfast and dinner. Char Dham and multi-day packages include all meals. Please check the individual tour details or call us to confirm meal arrangements for your chosen package.
Yes, we welcome group bookings! Groups of 6 or more are eligible for special discounts. We also offer customized group itineraries for families, friends, and corporate groups. Contact us directly on WhatsApp or call us for the best group rates.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a 50% refund. No refund is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour. In case of natural calamities or road blockages, we offer free rescheduling.
Yes, all our tour packages include pickup and drop from Dehradun. We use well-maintained, comfortable vehicles with experienced local drivers who know the mountain routes well. Airport or railway station pickup can also be arranged on request.
Most of our pilgrimage and sightseeing tours like Char Dham, Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Nainital are suitable for senior citizens and children. Trek-based tours like Nag Tibba and Dayara Bugyal require moderate fitness. We recommend consulting us before booking so we can suggest the most suitable package.
You can confirm your booking by calling us or sending a WhatsApp message. A 30% advance payment is required to block your dates. The remaining amount can be paid before or on the day of departure. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments.

For hill station tours — carry warm clothes, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a light raincoat. For trek tours — add trekking shoes, a backpack, and a torch. For pilgrimage tours — modest clothing is recommended. We share a detailed packing list after booking confirmation.
